hola pues como pone en el titulo del post donde están los objetos de la preorder por que a mi no me dieron ni lo smaps del tesoro ni la pet

Debido a un problema con la base de datos nos hemos visto obligados a borrar las cuentas de usuarios inactivos o que no publicaban nigun tema público. Si es vuestro caso, siemplemente debereis haceros otra cuenta. Para evitar la eliminación automática de la cuenta debereis publicar algún post de vez en cuendo para que no se califique como "inactiva".

Segun el FAQ oficial https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/storefaq?region=UK hay que esperar al dia 4 para tenerlos todos.
Decia clarito que los darian el 4, pero tengo la duda por el hecho que a mi ya me mandaron el pack y el pet XD

Este tema como a todos vosotros me preocupaba así que escribí al email de support ayer por la noche y ya me han respondido.
Me comentan que los objetos de los preorder están previstos para el día de inicio oficial, pero me reconocen que son conscientes de que algunos jugadores, por algún tipo de incidencia técnica los han recibido antes de tiempo.
Espero resolver con esto algunas dudas.

copio esto que puse en otro post: si hacen la cerdada del "pj mierder" xD tendría cuidado .. por más que algunos dicen que han recibido las cosas con otro PJ..
el mensaje que aparece es por algo ... hay gente que no ha recuperado las cosas tras hacer eso y Zenimax se ha cagado en ellos.
y todo el sistema de entrega de items del explorer pack por mail esta shitteado.
Gente con la misma edicion del juego y comprada en la pagina oficial .. a algunos les llegaron algunas cosas y a otros no.
Les hice un report y contestaron:
"Commencing from the start of Early Access, players who pre-ordered or pre-purchased the Imperial Edition or the Standard Edition of The Elder Scrolls Online will be able to take advantage of the ability to play as any race* in any alliance.
To enable this, pre-order customers and customers who pre-purchased from a third-party online retailer must first redeem their 3-day or 5-day Early Access code at our official site.
The full range of in-game benefits from the Explorer's Pack will be unlocked on April 4. Customers who purchased a retail edition will require the Explorer's Pack code that comes with the boxed product to be applied at launch to unlock the remaining items. ESO Digital Store customers will have the Explorer's Pack fully unlocked automatically when they play on or after April 4.
Customers who pre-purchased any edition of The Elder Scrolls Online from the ESO Digital Store do NOT need to take any further action."
Les dije, que no jodan, que no es justo esto y que o bien le bloqueaban todo otra vez a todo el mundo o que desbloquearan el contenido para los desafortunados.

We are aware that some Imperial and Standard Edition entitlements were inadvertently delivered to some players a little early. It is a bit unfair, and should not have happened, they must have bribed the Mage's Guild to summon those items early.
The way things are supposed to go is: Commencing from the start of Early Access (3-Day or 5-Day depending on the edition), players who pre-ordered or pre-purchased The Elder Scrolls Online will be able to take advantage of the Explorer's Pack bonus to play as any race* in any alliance. The full range of in-game benefits from the Explorer's Pack will be unlocked on April 4, 2014. (*Except for the Imperial race which is exclusive to the Imperial Edition.)
Customers who pre-ordered or pre-purchased the Imperial Edition and entered their Early Access code will also have access to the following:
–Play as an Imperial and craft Imperial gear
–Transform any gear to look like Imperial gear
–Imperial Horse
–Rings of Mara
Customers who pre-purchased the Imperial Edition from our ESO store do not need to take any further action as the above items will unlock automatically for them at the start of Early Access.
After the initial 48-hour grace period that begins on April 4, customers who pre-ordered the physical Imperial Edition must enter their Imperial Pack code in the box in order to retain these items and to fully unlock the full Imperial Pack contents."
